From assessing diastasis to understanding the different pelvic health symptoms like incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse we'll show how exercise can improve function and performance.

​We will show a variety of movement demonstrations and sport demands and how to adapt for pregnancy, postpartum or symptomatic clients.

DAY 2

A Dialed In Approach To Coaching Pregnant + Postpartum Athletes

Pregnancy
​Learn how to modify movements and training strategies for each trimester of pregnancy.

​Postpartum
​Learn how to coach someone through their postpartum rehab and in their return to performance regardless of their fitness interest or experience level. 

Programming
From knowing when a pregnant or postpartum athlete should stop doing a movement to when they can start doing that movement again, we will help guide programming considerations for this population.​

Special Populations
From miscarriage to first responders or military to professional athletes - they all have different considerations. We still need to know how to strategically coach them.

There can be a lot of logistics involved with attending a live event, we've answered the most frequently asked questions below. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out or book a call with our team for more information.

Are there any prerequisites to attending?

Yes. After registering for the event, we highly recommend you work through modules 3 + 4 of the online course to serve as a frame of reference.

Can I attend virtually?

No. A large portion of this seminar will be hands-on roleplaying with other coaches. We don't have the ability to recreate that in a virtual environment. You can, however, enroll in the all-online certification, HERE.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Your ticket may be transferred to another interested person, but there is a no refund policy due to the nature of planning an in person event.

Will there be payment plans available?

Yes, a 3 month payment plan is available. You can access that here. 

Where should I stay?

Crossfit Obsession (Gateway Fitness) is located in Gilbert, AZ near Phoenix, AZ. Any hotel or Airbnb in that area would be close by.
