Many athletes are given conservative advice...

◼️ "Don’t get your heart rate too high"
◼️ "That’s just a normal part of motherhood.”
Or advice that's really shortsighted…
❌ "Keep doing what you’ve always done"
❌ Dismisses core and pelvic floor symptoms
❌ "Get your body back ASAP postpartum"
So much information out there for pregnancy and postpartum fitness is outdated, not applicable to how women train today, or not rooted in any scientific evidence.
